Vintage item's condition are noted in the item's description. We do our best to note and photograph any major flaws on an item, but please feel free to ask for additional photos of items before purchase. Once an item is purchased we cannot offer a refund.
Shipping
Smaller Items (Parcel Shipping)
Smaller items that fit inside a 24" cubed box are shipped via UPS Ground and processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Large Items (Door-to-Door Delivery)
We work with several third-party shippers that handle all deliveries for larger items that cannot otherwise ship via parcel. All deliveries are carefully blanket wrapped and insured for their full value.
Within 1 business day following a purchase, an email including estimated delivery dates and carrier information will be sent.
Most items arrive within 2-5 weeks after purchase, depending on region.
International Shipments
If you are located outside of the Continental U.S., please e-mail us for a custom shipping quote. Blanket wrapping & palletizing are offered at an additional cost to facilitate the shipment process.
Buyer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may be incurred.
Local Pickup: Items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase.
Affirm: If paying with Affirm for a large item, please email info@primariedstudio.com prior so shipping cost can be adjusted.
