Shop Policies

All sales are final. Vintage item's condition are noted in the item's description. We do our best to note and photograph any major flaws on an item, but please feel free to ask for additional photos of items before purchase. Once an item is purchased we cannot offer a refund.

No holds. Items are only considered sold once payment is received for the total amount.

Shipping: Smaller items are shipped via UPS Ground and processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Large Items: We work with 3rd party shippers that deliver to the east and west coasts regularly at an affordable rate. Shipping time varies depending on region. Please DM us on instagram or email info@primariedstudio.com for a shipping quote prior to purchasing.

International Shipments: Must be handled by buyer. Blanket wrapping & palletizing are offered at an additional cost to facilitate the shipment process.

Buyer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may be incurred.

Local Pickup: Items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase. 

Affirm: If paying with Affirm for a large item, please email info@primariedstudio.com prior so shipping cost can be adjusted.
