Super rare piece! Vladimir Kagan designed this for American Leather. The back piece can be removed to convert it into a daybed and the bolsters can be used as pillows. It still has the original fabric swatch on the underside. 

Beautiful ultrasuede fabric, in great condition but has some pilling in the front area. There is a penny-size pitted area on the fabric (see last photo).
